My Work Plan on DevsTeam


  • Goal
     
    -  Reaching to more prospects & making them our clients.
  • -  Making clients from our existing leads by following them up.
  • -  Extending existing number of clients in all sectors we are working
    on.

    Daily ̶̶̶̶
  • -  Follow, Unfollow & Content Publishing on Twitter, LinkedIn and
    Facebook.
  • -  Client Management & Communication.
  • -  Following up the existing projects with our co-employees and
    project managers.
  • -  Being active on forums, Q&A sites and other sources where the
    prospects might gather.

    Weekly ̶̶̶̶̶̶
  • -  Reviving our DevsTeam Website with Content and Stats.
  • -  Finding new sources to get new traffic and prospects.
  • -  Business Meeting over Skype Call or face to face meeting if required
    to get new projects.
- Meeting with the partners and employees weekly for most accountability.

Monthly ̶̶̶̶̶̶
  • -  Evaluating the present work plan in order to get the idea about what is workings and what’s not. Then scaling up the system that works. (Split Testing)
  • -  Measuring the existing costs and the outcome.
  • -  Reporting to the all the clients in a detail (Success, Failures, Work
    Done) and sending them invoices.
